VT Comforts of Home Nurse

Vermont Comforts of Home is currently seeking a compassionate, team-oriented individual to provide a full range of professional nursing services to individuals transitioning from traditional medical facilities to community placements. Job duties will include pre-placement assessment and discharge planning.  Qualified candidate will possess a passion for individualized quality care for all Vermonters, and a knowledge of community resources to assure success for all participants.

Current Vermont Registered Nurse License required.  Flexible hours and competitive salary/compensation.

Shared Living Provider

VT Comforts of Home Shared Living Providers

 Currently, we are recruiting for home care providers. We are seeking reliable, caring individuals willing to share their home and change the life of someone in their community. Must be a Vermont Resident.  Qualified care providers will share our person-centered approach to delivering support. Our goal is to tailor support to each individual, promoting independence.
